Hello ca club family
PLEASE CLARIFY THE BELOW:
1.i heard that for the financial year 2011- 12,we can file the income tax returns manually for the individuals who have income less than 10Lacs.if the income is more than 10Lac then how could we file the income tax returns.
2.for the F.y. 2012-13 & 2013-14,if an individual have income more than 5Lacs then the income tax return should be filed electronically.in case someone cant get their password how they could file their returns.

Inspite of many attempts some of my clients didnt trace their efilling password as the registered mail id is not their mail id.
those who created their profile in efilling income tax website had given their mail id while registration and they didnt share the password of the client.so even after using forgot option, one time password will be send to registered mail id which is not their mail id.so here the problem arised

so now i will suggest u call cpc helpline number as many are facing the same problem.
