Efiling of form 3cb-3cd

30 August 2013 I have downloaded the latest schema for forms 3cb and 3cd. I am trying to upload my first 3cb-3cd. but I am repeatedly getting the following error.
1] The XML Schema is invalid. Please upload the xml in the correct schema
2] At line No. 142: The value'Block No.1' of element 'ns3 DescBlock Assets' is not valid.
Please Help.
