hello to all members, could anybdy tell me that if a company are not doing any business since their incoporation and not filling their due documents to the MCA since incorporation and also desirous of getting their name strike off from the register of companies then is it covered under EASY ENTRY SCHEME 2010 OR COMPANY LAW SETTLEMENT SCHEME 2010.
