Free educational facility provided to the employee children --if iin a pvt. school bills are reimbursed by employer up to rs .1000/-month whether exempted perquisite?

Sir i mean to say that whether Private school monthly fees for employees's children up to 2 children rs.1000 per month is exempt for employee and fbt is payable by employer??
