25 December 2016 To whom was education cess beneficial when it was collected from the tax payers? And what do those people depend upon now?

30 December 2016 Education cess is not a tax. It may b regarded as an amount collected by the government for education of poor children.

30 December 2016 thanks. well, now that it's SBC, that's dominant. Where will the poor depend upon for education ?
