My client service tax payable for the quarter Oct-Dec is Rs. 5317 and Swatch Bharat cess is Rs.137. While cenvat credit for service tax is 2570 and Swatch Bharat cess paid is Rs.71. My query is whether Rs.71 is allowed to set off against total payable Rs.5451 or not....
