To edit the gender in the SSP (Self Service Portal), follow these steps:
1. **Login to SSP Portal:** Log in to the SSP Portal using your credentials.
2. **Navigate to Profile Section:** Once logged in, look for a section or tab related to your profile information. This is typically found under a "Profile" or "Personal Information" section.
3. **Edit Profile Information:** In the profile section, there should be an option to edit personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, etc.
4. **Update Gender:** Find the field where your gender is displayed (currently showing as male) and click on the edit or update button next to it.
5. **Save Changes:** Update your gender to female and save the changes. Ensure that all other personal information is accurate and up to date.
**Confirmation:** After saving, check that the gender has been updated correctly in your profile information.
