14 October 2015 Is it true that if removal of finished goods as per Excise after 1.03.2015 then we dont have to consider Education cess and Higher secondary Education cess and just have to apply 12% for Nov 15 exams? Please help

18 October 2015 On or after 1.3.2015 you need to pay excise duty 12.5% in the head of basic duty.
