02 September 2010 No extention as yet notified. Last time it was around 8 years back in 2002. Now cannot comment when it will come. You could undergo procedure u/s 560 also in case of a defunct company.

05 September 2010 Yes keeping in view the huge success of this scheme there are full chances of re-opening of this scheme in near future.

ICSI has requested to do something in this case through a letter few days back.
