an assessee partner in firm (under tax audit) filed his income tax return (ITR-3) for a.y.09-10 through e filing. Is it required to send acknowledgment of the same to Banglore or submitted it to local income tax office within 15 days.

Its has to send by ordinary post to Bangalore. Has to reach within 120 days from the filing of return.
