16 December 2011 Thanku very much for information, I want to know that mandetory payment of Rs.exceeding 100000 tax through e-payment is also applicable for Bihar.

For Bihar, read the notification No1330 dated15-4-2011 in which the deatils are given. If you have paid VAT in the year 2010-11 more than Rs1 lakh, it is mandatory for you to make e-payment of VAT online only.
