What is the limit above which West Bengal Vat, cst, entry tax should be compulsorily

I think there is lower limit for such e-payments. For selected dealers only it was available under all Acts ,VAT,CST,ET,PT etc.Visit the website :www.wbcomtax.nic.in,click e-payment.Go to the user manuals and forms.All details are available,through circulars,and notifications......mjk
