Why do some e mails land in spam folder instead of inbox? What is the way to send e mails that land in inbox only.
Please advise me.

30 July 2012 check your spam settings. You must have clicked on auto detect route. Most of the time even the income tax e mails go to SPAM especially in yahoo.
