Whether Director's report, notice of AGM and proceedings of AGM to be attached with e-form 20B should necessarily be in Companies letter head. Will it be enough if the company attaches the said documents taken in plain paper,ie not in letter head.
Let me tell you my practice. We are simply attaching signed Annual Return with form-20B. However, with form 23AC & ACA we are attaching Notice and Directors’ Report. Regarding letter head first page of the document should be on letter head & balance page may be on plain paper. No need at all to have all the pages of Doc on letter head of the company. Further no need at all to attach Proceedings of AGM with Annual Filing forms.
