E filling of VAT Refund form in 501

19 November 2010 My client has refund of Rs. 29k in March 2008 return. today when I filling e application in form 501. at the time of uploading it there is reply that the application should be filed with in a 3 year.

My query is 3 years will complete in march 11. Please tell me another way to get refund, or submitt application.

22 November 2010 hi Mr Saifraj it is technical error in period coulmn u should put 1st March 2008 to 31st March 2008.(please note that it is just a personnel suggestion just because of technical error in form so the suggestion is not based on any legal or under any section or under any rule of MVAT Act)
