19 July 2010 As Per the nex income tax rules all companies are required to mandatorily filled return with digital signature

But for my company its first year and in the site i am not able to register DSc

it is saying that for first year we have to send ITR V

Kindly help

20 July 2010 I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THEM
THEY SAID SOME SYSTEM UPGRADING IS GOING ON AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT AFTER 1ST AUGUST 2010

20 July 2010 Yes i had also spoken to them on the issue today itself and got the same reply by mid August they would be able to do so.

Wait till then. No option.
