Dear Sir/madam one of my client is listed public company which is now delisted due to non payment of listing fee, has not filed any annual filing document/ forms like 23AC, 23ACA 20B, 66 etc. On MCA portal status is showing as dormant. Now it want to file all the pending filing. Please tell me the whole procedure of filing. Urgent.

First of all u have to file Form 61 and choose option "Normalising Dormant Company" and attached with application and notarised affidavit.
