We have collected Mannual BRC from our bank on 18.07.2012. This BRC Was belong to the period of Financial Year 2010-2011. As per the DGFT Policy Circular No. 01 (RE-2012)2009-14 dated 18th June.2012, BRC with effect from 05.06.2012 onwards will be issued electronicaly by bank to DGFT Server. Is this date (05.06.2012) is applicable for the payment released after 05.06.2012 or the BRC date issued after 05.06.2012.
