Duty payment in wrong duty code

05 November 2012 Dear Sir,
I have been paid Excise duty wrongly in Addl. Duty on High Spped Diesel (0380102) inspite of Basic Excise Duty( 0380003). Can such amount is refundable or if it is refundable so what action taken by me.
