13 January 2014 we are supplying engineering goods subject to excise duty @12.36% and charge packing and forwarding separately. is this amount subject to excise duty. if yes under what rule

13 January 2014 Packing charges is the part of assessable value of the goods. Excise duty will be payable on the packaging charges also.
