Basically we promote UPS's in our own brand taking from indian manufacturer.If we purchase UPS's from a genuine importer who pays all duties as per norms and promote those UPS's in our own brand, do we liable to pay excise duty ?

Only manufacturers liable. If you import and sell there is no excise.
