28 July 2012 My query relates to Duty drawback in Customs. I want to know whether apart from ocean freight, terminal handling charges will also be deductible from C&F value to arrive at FOB value for calculating duty drawback on exports.

For example, in case the C&F value is Rs. 1000, ocean freight is Rs. 100 and terminal handling charges is Rs. 10, then what will be FOB value for calculating duty drawback.
