01 August 2010 The following document are to be submitted for claiming duty drawback:
1.triplicate copy os shipping bill
2.copy of bill of entry or any other document against which goods are cleared for import.
3. Import invoice.
4. evidence of payment of duty paid at the time of import.
5. permission from RBI for reexport( if necessary)
6. Export invoice and packing list.
