Duty draw back

29 November 2012 We have Exported the material in 2006 to till date but due to Insufficiant Knowladge we havent taken the benifit of Duty Draw Back As per section No. 74.
Please suggest us can we apply for DBK for 2006 to Till date if yes then please guide me process.
