Duplicate PAN card

24 November 2016 Please can anyone tell me what is the procedure for applying duplicate PAN I had lost it. Need it urgently. Thanks in advance

24 November 2016 You need to apply in form 49A. The same form for applying new PAN.

24 November 2016 The FAQ at NSDL site says : "Those who have a PAN but have not received a PAN card or have lost their PAN card or wish to have a new PAN card with existing details, can fill the form for Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data. Applicant is required to fill all the columns in the form but should not tick any of the boxes on the left margin."
