What can be done of little changes in Name or Fathers name during Application of New PAN Card. For Ex The Old card might be having Fathers name as Vishwanath but now all Documents have details as Viswanath. There are a few non matching details like this. What can be done about these. Please guide. It is a big problem.

Publish correct information in official gazette and use it as evidence. On the basis of which You can change details on PAN Card.
