22 August 2008 Is there a Due date for remittances of TDS on Withholding taxes. if yes? Will it be disallowed in the memo if it is not paid within the due dates as specified

22 August 2008 yes ,due date is given in sec 200(1).
& if tds is not paid ,then exp will be disallowed- refer sec 40(a)(i) & 40(a)(iii).
