Clarify the due dates for Service tax payment and Half yearly return whether the assessee is individual.

The service tax is payable on 5th of the month following the month in which payments are received or charged.
Every assess has to file the half yearly return in form ST-3 in triplicate within 25 days of the end of the half year.
Half year means- Ist april to 30th sep and 1st oct to 31st mar.
