Dear Sir,
In current month if i raised bill after charging S.T. i.e. 8th of this month. When i should have to pay my service tax i.e. 5th of next month or on second month 5th. Please clear the picture.

This quarter ends on 30th Sep, due date for payment by 5th of Oct,2011 in case of individual, proprietary concerns and firms.That means 5th of beginning of next quarter
In case of Companies societies, trusts by 5th of the month immediately following month is the due date.
In case of last quarter, that is ending on 31st March due date is 31st March for above said both cases
