There is no due date for deduction. Only date of deduction is sufficient to mention.
TDS return has to be filed on the basis of date of deduction. Due date for filing TDS return in 15-01-2014. Due date for tax deposition is 07-01-2014. .

ok. Sir one another doubt is if I have not filed TDS return for a particular quarter what is the time limit by which Assessing Officer can take action.
