For SSIs 5th of month after quarter.

03 January 2011 Dear Sandeep its a Central Government Leavy and not the state govt. hence date of payment are same.

In addition to mr. Madhukar's answer, for the month of March, due date are different:

i.e. 25th of March and 31st of March.
