29 October 2014 I Want to know that what would be due date for filling Annual Return of Private Limited Co.

IF due date of Last AGM is 30 Sep 2013.

Current Year (f.y. 2013-14) Books Audited on 30.10.2014 as the due date of tax audit has been extended i.e.30.11.2014.

AGM held on 31.10.2014
