21 April 2012 even if payment is not made on or before 21.04.2012, then also due date for filling vat return for non audit assessee is 30.04.2012 & due date for filling annexures is 30.04.2012?

25 April 2012 yes, after 21st you can pay with interest and 30th you need to file return on or before to avoid late filing penalty
