25 January 2011 Dear all Experts,

We are belong to logistics industry.

Please advice on the dtaa between India & taiwan

if their is any dtaa between the two countires please send the notification copy to me.

also please send the any articles available to satisfy the customers that their is no dtaa agreement between bothe coutnries.

26 January 2011 There is no DTAA between India & taiwan. You can go to http://law.incometaxindia.gov.in/DIT/intDtaa.aspx wherein all the DTAA's entered by India are available for reference.
