18 August 2014 TO DAY I TRIED TO UPLOAD BY DSC WITH INTER NET EXPLOER 9.0 VERSION AND FOUND ON EFILINGWEB SITE YOUR SECURITY SETTING HAVE BEEN BLOCKED ... FOR SIGNED APPLICATION


PLEASE ADVISE ME IN THIS REGARD AT THE EARLEIST

-Go to Start
-Control Panel
-Click on Java
-select Security option
- And Scroll the level to Medium.
