My query is that if we are warehousing goods in abroad for sales through bonded warehousing, at the time of dispatch of goods, we have to declare a value for goods for example say $30/Kg. However when we sale goods ex warehouse, it is possible that either we receive $28 per Kg or $31/Kg. Now question is:-
We have to refund /claim drawback. Under which rule, this is permissible?
