Please send a draft copy of MOA & AOA for the company having the main objects as follows:
The main objects of the company is to carry on the business of sub broking of shares on behalf of M/s.ABC brokers pvt ltd who is a registered member of NSE Ltd, BSE Ltd and SEBI.
