The Board Attendence Register is not mandatory. However in practice signature of the directors who have attended the Board meeting are obtained. The simple format can be as under:
BOARD MEETING OF M/S.XYZ LIMTIED HELD ON .......... AT.................................., THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY AT 10.00 A.M.
