Doubt regarding ipc registration

24 July 2014 I have passed out Cpt in 2011 with 118 marks and also I have completed my graduation (b.com) in 2011 with 73% but now I want to join ipc, I don't know on what base is better from the above options...

24 July 2014 then start with ipcc with cpt route as u have cleared just register and start studying.
