Double vat payment

I have done vat payment for the month of august 2013 twice and have done with my revised return also can any one tell me what can i do can get a refund for the same.

when u had filled the revised return.. what is the problem now in getting refund dear

if your vat is excess and you surrender the vat then you get refund otherwise you can adj. in next month vat liability.
