Is the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement with United Kingdom available at www.incometaxindia.gov.in is amended one as per the amendments taken place from time to time.

Thanx for the reply sir, i have downloaded the agreement from the site mentioned in the query but i am not sure that it is updated with the amendments which are there after this agreement and also it language is very legal is there any simple way to understand it.
