Dear Sir,
I have provided technical services at malaysia and Tax has been deducted. I am resindt in India. Whether I am eligible for TDS claim and to what extent ? Amount so received has been credited to profit and loss account. If tds is eligible for claim then How should i claim in Income tax return ?
