27 March 2014 Both are Charitable Trust and enjoy 80G and other Tax benfits.

One Trust conducts hospital - Medical Service only.

Another trust actvity as religious,educational,social & medical help ( Mix object )

Can Medical Trust donate to other trust as donation every year when both differ in their aims and object?.
