a person donated a property (House)a sum of Rs. 75 Lac to a Charity org.
can he get sum rebate on Tax.? pl. suggest with section as per IT -1961

No rebate or benefit is available in Income Tax Act 1961 on donating a property to charitable organisation. In case any sum is paid, deduction can be claimed under the provisions of Section 80G subject to certain restrictions.
