Donation given to malin gaon

I have made donation to the Malin Gaon. Whether i can get deduction of such a donation under Income Tax Act? and under which section ?

Please guide.

08 July 2015 u need to check whther they are covered under sec 80G list and ask them to issue u a certificate for same and also take thier pan copy.

08 July 2015 you have to take the certificate for deduction u/s 80G. if they have then you take deduction u/s 80G.
