One thought came in my find that if one person transfer funds in our account and say to donate if in trust on her/his name what are the compliance of income tax that have to follow as per income tax act 1961

No problem , but make sure you take receipt in his name and when department ask then you give proof of entry of that amount and receipt of donation.
