17 December 2012 If I donate a property in charity to an institution, without receiving any money, will I have to pay any tax ?

17 December 2012 Hi..

Its rilly noble cause & you dont have to pay taxes on donation however you should make an irrevocable donation, so as income accruing from donated property is not added in your taxable income.
