You can do your c.A from abroad only from abudhabi, dubai,nepal. And you can do your articleship in dubai, abudhabi or nepal. Under a practising c.A who is w holding full time cop with icai. It is not a problem for you, some of my frnds doing their articleship in dubai, mazars, pwc, kpmg. ANd other firms all the0 best 2u in your c.A journey ahead. im tm
