please send me the list of documents need to submit to banker while making a foreign ourward remittence for import materials(Form A1)

-Bill of Entry undertaking
-Open General Licence Declartion or Exchange Control Copy of original licence.
-Performa Invoice/Purchase order
-Form A-1

For Direct import Remittance
-Request letter
-FEMA declaration
-Exchange Control copy of Bill of Entry
-Open General Licence Declartion or Exchange Control Copy of original licence.
-Invoice
-copy of Transport Document
