Which documents a principal have to submit with icai while filing complaint of irregularity? Is it necessary to submit 109 for terminating after 2 years of completion of articleship with complaint.?

Yes, in my opinion a letter to icai explaining reason for terminating student . . with a proof if available . . may be sent to icai along with form 109. . . it is recommended to compromise with boss than getting terminated on displinary grounds . . which will remain as negative mark
